Or if you wish you could turn your brain off, like a light switch.

Or if you’ve always shown up for others and are not quite sure how to show up for yourself.

These among many other possibilities mean we might work well together!

I believe the most transformative therapy happens when there is a genuine connection between the therapist and the client, and research supports this.

My approach is rooted in partnership. What that looks like is a mix of individual-led, person-centered time and guidance in practices, skills, and frameworks that reshape your relationship to yourself and others.

The vibes

I’m naturally relational! We’ll spend a few minutes at the top of each session checking in around how the week(s) have been, and any events or conversations that need some attention. Maybe a new development! Alternatively, we can move through specific topics or themes that we’ve been focusing on based on your goals and where you want to be headed. Session structure can be a mix of self-led, letting you determine what needs the most time. And other times, that may feel difficult! That’s when I can offer different paths for exploration.
