Call me beep me! Reach out and we’ll begin with an intro call for about 15-20 minutes to answer any questions, get to know each other, and decide if we’re a good fit for working together. After the intro call, I’ll send over a new client welcome packet with onboarding paperwork and we’ll get that first appointment booked. Our first few sessions are spent building rapport and direction for our work together.

I offer telehealth therapy via a HIPAA-compliant platform. Recognizing there are so many benefits in walking & talking through therapy, I offer sessions in parks or other open community spaces. Please let me know if this is of interest to you and we’ll work through some different privacy considerations!

Current openings include: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6pm, 7pm or 8pm. I’m also available for appointments on Saturday mornings between 9am - 12pm.

I do not accept insurance. I am private pay only at this time. I accept payment via major credit card or Zelle. I am able to provide a monthly superbill for possible out-of-network coverage

There is no right or wrong frequency for therapy, with some folks opting for problem-specific, time-limited meetings, and others enjoying the rhythm of ongoing, year-long support. It very much depends on your goals, needs, and different therapeutic approaches. We’ll collaborate to find a flow.
