Bringing people together to share, learn, and experience care in a small group can be just as impactful as individual therapy. Group therapy offers an opportunity to gather with individuals who share an identity, or pain, hope, maybe sadness, in a facilitated conversation that promotes connection and courage.

I periodically host groups based on skills or shared mental health interest or condition. Some groups are meant for processing, more open and dialogue-based, while others are meant to be hands on, shared learning.

Attending a group does not require anyone to be working with me individually, however as a client within a group, you’ll need to move through the same paperwork flow. Learn more details about attending and signing up below!
